Battery

Good morning,

I bought my GoPro on July 15th, to see invoice attached, but the battery once fully charged, you immediately download.

Could you help me solve this problem?

This is odd, @foggycave10350. If it happens all the time, it would be best to get in touch with our Support team so they can help with further troubleshooting. Do you mean the battery drains quick?

 

Or the battery won't be fully charged?

Ciao...si,ho messo la GoPro in carica con un 91%di batteria... quando l'ho staccata la batteria era completamente scarica...
