Battery isn't charging!

Brought a GoPro hero black 2018 yesterday via Amazon. Out of the box, the camera battery isn't charging. The camera only turn on while connected to a power source. I used different USB ports in my system and different wall chargers also. Tried to register a replacement request. Is there any option to solve this issue?

Hi,
I had the same problem with the camera and charging.

hello i faced same problems with my hero go pro 2018 delivered today , tried fixing according to the solutions . But the problems is still with the battery . Its not charging . I hope amazon get me a replacement unit

Hello @mariustanya Thankyou for your concern . I successfully returned the product . The replacement Product has gone out of stock . So i cancelled the Order . Later After the refund , i'll go for the Same Model from Different Website . & This time i will check the reviews of the seller . 

And yes @mariustanya Both the numbers of Indian customer care is non responsive . Kindly do needful for the customer service
