Okay, wasn't expecting that answer as that means you have a vietnamese battery and not the suspect chinese ones. Does the battery charge to 100%?
aside from that question a couple of tips
Firstly, and I know it is always asked. Have you updated to the latest firmware (preferably manually and not via the app)?
If the answer is no, then do that first.
If you are already on the latest firmware and you did it via the app, it's not a bad thing to do a manual update just to be sure as gopro's can be a littly picky about the software updates (sorry gopro, but you know it's the case).
Once you've confirmed it's all updated then try giving the battery a couple of full charge/discharge cycles. This is easily done, by charging to full, then putting a fresh memory card in, setting it on a low quality setting 720p/1080p will be fine and then starting the camera recording and leave it recording till the battery runs out, if the memory card is full before the battery runs out then just delete the files and start recording again till the battery runs flat. Repeat this a couple of times. Once you've done that, give it a full charge again abnd then make sure that all voice commands and wifi settings/connections are off and see how it goes.
Just for reference, I have had a similar issue with one of my batteries running flat on it's own and the above charge/discharge cured it. I have just took out one of my H7Black which has been sitting for nearly 2 weeks now and it's still showing 95% charge.
Hope the above helps and please let us know if that resolves the issue.
