Battery drain when off [ New ]

I just bought the gopro Hero 7 last week on amazon and tested it out a lot I love it but the only issue is that the battery drains when its off for some reason. I have auto shut down set 5 mins yet when its off it still drains. I would hate to have to keep the battery out of the gopro just to keep it alive.

See if this helps: charge the camera fully then remove and reinsert the battery.
