I’ve tried this with 5 separate batteries, just recently bought 2 more from jessops and the same issue
Customer service on the phone is so difficult so many times they promise to call back and they always fail, so many people say they are taking my case and then never hear from them again
Would be great if someone could remedy this battery problem

Sorry to hear about that, @andymanstone. We see that your camera has already been replaced under warranty. Is the replacement camera already updated to the latest firmware? If it is, perform a run time test through the instructions here . This will determine the actual runtime of the camera. Should you get a runtime that is significantly shorter than the expected, it will be best to continue working with Support so they can help you with the next steps. Would you like a list of times and calls and names of all those who promised to deal with it and couldn’t or wouldn’t
It is the replaced under warranty camera and the battery that you included that is giving me issues but I will humour you and carry out the things you say
Can anyone really blame me for thinking of moving to DJI? I have dji drones and their customer service is awesome with email support too
I just want a battery to not drain overnight when camera is switched off, is it really too much to ask that it actually also doesn’t drain in standby over night?

I have just purchased 2 brand new batteries and they have charged fully, I put them in the camera and the camera is turned off, the next morning the battery is dead
This is highly irregular and I am unsatisfied I cannot continue in this manner
I don’t think I can continue with the GoPro any longer how do I get a full

The best option is to connect with Support again so they are made aware of the ongoing issue and are able to establish a path forward. I simply and straight forward want my money back! Have had an absolute enough of this
Maybe a global case of complaints that you don’t have any decent customer service will shake you into reality
I am leaving and going to DJI
