As far as your battery is concerned.
What SD card are you using? Have you tried a different card from the recommended list?
Make sure you are using a SD card from this list https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/microSD-Card-Considerations
Go to the Update page and choose your HERO7 camera. https://gopro.com/update
Under "Other ways to update" at the base of the page, click "Update your camera manually."
Enter your Serial Number and other requested information, click Next Step.
Click "Download Update."
Click "Click here to download firmware."
Once downloaded, Extract (unzip) the UPDATE.zip file. You will get a folder named UPDATE with files inside. Save this to your computer.
Using a USB/SD adapter, insert your SD card into the computer. Find the card using Windows Explorer (or Finder on Mac) and perform a FULL (not Quick) format.
Once the format is complete, copy the UPDATE folder (not UPDATE.zip) to the blank SD card
Eject the card and insert into your camera. Power on the camera using the side Mode/Power button and let the update run.
Once completed, power the camera on using the Mode/Power button and go to Preferences>Reset> and format the SD (it's also a good idea, but not required, to factory reset the camera Preferences>Reset>Factory Reset).
If you continue to have issues, try the above with another card from the list.
Try a different, known good SD card. GoPro recommends only purchasing name brand SD cards through reputable resellers. There are both counterfeit and under-performing SD cards out in the marketplace, which can prevent proper functioning of your camera's features.
After doing a manual update and with a recommended SD card, set your camera in a well ventilated area. Starting with a fully charged battery, start a recording in 1080p/60fps. Allow the camera to keep recording until the battery drains completely. The camera should record for approx 85-90 minutes.
If you get a significantly shorter recording, and trying all of the above does not solve your issue, contact the GoPro Support Team. https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs

To be clear, I'm not taking about the experience you described in your first post.
After going through all of the steps I described above, and with a fully charged battery, if you press record the battery completely discharges within seconds? What happens if you take the battery out of the camera and plug it in to a wall charger? Does it record fine? If not, then the issue could be the SD card. Have you tried recording with a different SD card from the recommended list?
Where did you purchase the camera? If it wasn't from GoPro.com, have you tried to get it exchanged from that store?

No sorry, I'm gonna reformulate my previews answer.
I used it continuously for about 2 hours, recording video, taking photo and playing with the preferences and modes.
The longest video that i recorded was for 2 minutes.
I will try another SD card, meanwhile i bought another battery for my holidays that doesn't give me any problem.
I purchased the camera on Amazon, but the problem is the battery not the camera, so i think that the GoPro support/help team have to solve my problem.
