Batter stuck inside and upper layer coming out [ New ]

I tried to get battery out but upper layer is coming out also tried calling customer support but not getting through. Also unable to chat as it same unavailable to you. Plz suggest solution asap

Use a piece of sticky take, attach it to the camera battery and gently pull, this may help move the battery out far enough that you can grab it.  If that doesn't work, gently tap the camera into the palm of your hand, this may also move the battery enough that you can get a grip on it and remove it.
