Bateria y calentamiento [ New ]

Estoy decepcionada, gasté mis ahorros para comprar la hero7 y me ha fallado en lo poco que tengo con ella. La bateria se termina estando apagada, ya la actualicé, y se calienta también estando apagada. Tmb en ocasiones no prende a la primera sino hasta sacarle la pila, y también se me ha congelado. No hay servicio tecnico en monterrey y peor aun, la compré en Estados Unidos. Hay alguna forma de que me la puedan cambiar :( ahora me doy cuenta que no soy la única con el problema pero no quiero sentirme defraudada.

Please see if resetting the camera will work.  Reset Camera Settings
If it's still the same, proceed with a manual software update. https://gopro.com/update/
Let us know how it goes.

Other users also suggest that after charging your camera fully, remove then reinsert the battery.

El servicio tecnico de gopro es inexistente. Yo tmb gaste mis ahorros en una gopro hero6 black y justo al año ni enciende ni carga nada muerta y me dicen k la moje sin haberla mojado nunca.... No tienes a k agarrarte... Comprar gopro es tirar el dinero.
