Batería hero 7 silver

Recién compre la hero 7 silver, me gustó y estoy probando todo pero no se porque estando apagada se consume la batería muy rápido. Hay algo que debo ajustar en la configuración ?

Typically, problem with the camera's battery draining faster than expected can be correlated to a faulty battery, the firmware not updated, cold environmental conditions or it could be just some settings in the camera affecting the battery usage.

 

First off, make sure that your camera is up-to-date. Updating is highly encouraged since it is a great way to ensure that your camera has the latest features, as well as to help correct any errors with the current software installation. Follow the manual update instructions specified on this article: https://gopro.com/help/articles/how_to/software-update-instructions-for-hero7-cameras

 

It will also help to turn off your camera's Wi-Fi,GPS and Voice Control when not in use.

In addition to this, you may perform a short record time test through the instructions here: https://gopro.com/help/articles/solutions_troubleshooting/Short-Record-Times

Es un problema general; por aquí te dirán que desasctives el wifi y el GPS y que hagas una actualización manual, pero te seguirá pasando, aunque quizá algo menos (de todo yo creo que lo único que pueda afectar sea lo del wifi); también que desactives el control por voz. También puede que le echen la culpa a tu micro SD (con cuatro he probado yo). 

 

Pero no lo solucionarás; yo llevo cinco cámaras, y a todas les pasa. Confiemos en que algún día lo solucionen con un nuevo firmware. 


Por mi propia experiencia, te recomiendo que si ese es el único problema, no intentes cambiarla en tienda ni aceptes el cambio que quizá te proponga el servicio técnico.
