Bank Account Charged No ConfirmationNumber[ New ]
Just made a purchase of a Hero 9 bundle with subscription. After paying I got no success or error message, just a new view to complete the order (card payment fields, empty). However I've been charged with the camera portion of the order
Please advise on how to proceed.

@jprjw, generally, we do not charge your payment method until after your order has shipped. However, we may pre-authorize the total purchase amount (including applicable taxes and shipping costs) with your authorized payment method once when you place your order. The pre-authorization amount will drop once the order is canceled or isn't successfully processed.
We can look into your order details to check. Did you get any Sales Order number?
You may also contact your bank for further assistance about the charge.
