Anyone received an excuse email saying the issue is solved and it will be shipped shortly?
I did this morning. Let's see how this play out, until i see a tracking number i'm skeptical.

Got this mail as well. With promo code 30% off when I buy from their website.
Do you eeeever expect me to buy from your website things you cannot deliver?

Thanks for the warning but it's about a month late. They received my old camera according to UPS on June 6. I haven't heard from them since, no SMS, no email, no status update, nothing.
Tried to contact support by chat which seems to be busy at all times saying "Sorry, all agents are helping other customers right now. Please try again later."
Tried to contact support by phone which, upon further inspection, is done by calling a VERY expensive hotline number.
Can I please have my old (aged but still working) camera back? Thank you.

Not received any such Email yet... The customer services desk did say they would update me as and when. But nothing yet, so I'll keep my eyes peeled. Will it make a difference? Probably not, but at least it is an effort to placate us!

YOu want to know wha thte Killer is. I returned my Trade up. bought hte camera later on. I asked when I returned the camera what will happen to the $100.00 off. can I use it later . they asked me Do you have another gopro we need the Serial number. Once I produce a seriel number I c an get the discount.
I said I should not be doing that the discount should apply with me just handing in the camera ia gave and not having any other gopro , what if I am brand new then no discount.
SO yeah GoPro will find their best way to satasfy you in evey way possible.

Those are just words.
I received mine this morning....it's late Friday now and no trace of my "express" shipping. And order is still listed as suspended.
