BATTERY LOW WARNİNG AT %20-25 LEVEL WHİLE 4K RECORDİNG [ New ]

My hero 9 camera is turning of itself when battery level is at %20-25 while ı record 4k or 2.7k videos. If ı switch to 1080p it keeps recording until %5-8 level and again battery low warning.Could you please help me with that ?

What version is the camera on?

Was there a notice of a thermal shutdown?

İt was about 1-2 °C. no heat. Additionally I made a record with full battery indoor(at home) today . It kept recording until the battery level is empty. It took about 1.30 hours at home . But
the recording I made outside was like I told you.

Hello, @swiftsand01788. Sorry, we have not heard back from the team at this time. The difference could be due to the high-performance mode used (4K, 2.7K videos) in the camera. 

For cameras that feature unique high-performance video modes: 2.7K and higher resolutions, and/or frame rates above 60fps, it is normal for the camera to become warm and use more power when using these modes. This is more evident when the camera is used in cold environments.
