Awaiting replacement GoPro with no updates
[ New ]Hi,
I intally bought the new hero 9 black camera which when receieved did not work at all. I eventually was able to get through to customer service they arranged a replacment camera to be shipped and me to return the non working device.
My return was received 9 days ago, but i have had no replacement yet and no contact from gopro at all regarding this. Multiple attempts to speak on the online chat have been unsuccessful.
Ive been a gopro customer for years, but think investing in the new hero 9 was a terrible mistake.
Any help from customer service would be really helpful at this point.

[ New ]I have a RMA as well.. what a horrible experience.. im going two weeks.. with nothing.. i feel ripped off.
