Audio not recording
[ New ]Hi,
I recently bought a new Hero9 go pro black (order number: MP-04385950)
I first shot 3 or 4 small videos to check everything was working correctly, and it was, audio was recording and everything seemed fine.
After one week I shot a vide and I found out that the audio was not recorded, I do not know why. The audio has not been recorded.
How to solve this issue?
I am using the microsd included in the order which is
SanDisk Extreme 32 GB microSDHC

Are you using an external mic or is the camera recording on its own?
If you haven't yet, please run a manual update. See https://gopro.com/en/us/update/hero9-black
Once done, reset the camera. Go to Preferences> Reset> Factory Reset
