Atualização hero 3+ black

Gostaria de saber como faço para obter a atualização da hero 3+ , ja entrei no site ,fiz todo o processo, pede pra colocar o captcha ai não prosegue, a página que seria pra baixar o arquivo não aparece. Preciso baixar esse arquivo para eu poder mudar a senha , pois não lembro mais qual é. Agradeço a atenção.

Thank you for going through the steps. Since the update is still not completed, let our Support team help. Please call or chat with them through https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs . Make sure that you have access to the camera and a computer, and an SD card adapter when you connect with them.

bom dia Marius. o link que voce me enviou eu entrei , preenchi todos os campos mais nao aparece a caixa de conversa. eu nao sei o que esta acontecendo , ja tentei em outro computador  e nada. é como se o botao INICIAR BATE PAPO nao estivesse funcionando. o mesmo acontece com a parte de atualizaçao de software , o botao PROXIMA ETAPA  nao funciona, faço o captcha e nada. nao sei mais o que fazer pois preciso atualizar o sotware da minha camera para recuperar minha senha . se houver uma outra forma de baixar o arquivo ou falar com o pessoal da assistencia eu fico muito grato. desde ja agradeço.

Have you tried using a different browser? Also, please check the pop up blocker settings.

I have just tested a chat session and was able to get through.

The password reset for the HERO3+ cameras can only be done via manual update through https://gopro.com/en/us/update/hero3_plus.

You may also try the default Wi-Fi password "goprohero"

nada. fiz de tudo, atualizei o navegador e nao deu certo. ja tentei ate reinicar a camera e nao deu certo. essa senha do wifi que voce me mandou nao da certo pq eu quero redefinir a minha senha que esqueci. eu quero saber se é possivel voce baixar essa atualizaçao e mandar para meu email?
