Assistenza acquisto

Buongiorno,

sono una nuova cliente, ho acquistato la nuova Go pro hero 8 black venerdi 8/11/19.

Devo ancora ricevere mail sulla spedizione, è normale?

Completely normal.

 

If you placed the order on Friday the order itself may not even be processed until Monday.  It also depends on availability of camera's and prior customer orders.  

 

It's more than likely if there is stock, your order would have been processed on Monday, picked up by UPS today (Tuesday evening) and then it's a 2 day transit time (or whatever transit time you agreed upon at shipping).

Siamo il 17 novembre, Go pro ordinata venerdi 8 novembre, a me sembra tutto forchè normale sinceramente.

Ordinata in anticipo per un regalo in modo tale che arrivasse in tempo e invece dubito sarà così..
