Assistenza GoPro Plus

Quando ho acquistato GoPro Plus mi hanno detto che non dovevo pagare per l'assistenza ora che mi serve e con la macchina ancora in GARANZIA mi hanno chiesto una FRANCHIGIA di 69,90 pe la sostituzione .... non comprero mai piu prodotti GoPro!

@domtdm, all GoPro products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects within a warranty period. Please check out Warranty Information (EU) for more details.

For camera damages that aren't covered by the standard warranty such as those deriving from the use or from an accident or caused by the natural wear and tear, and if you have an active GoPro Subscription, you can take advantage of the camera replacement benefit of your subscription and process an exchange with a trade-in fee. For further details, see GoPro Subscription Camera Replacement FAQ.
