Are GoPro Going Under
[ New ]by the way these guys answer the phone's and webchat - with unlimited conflicting stories about an outage, delays etc etc - some say 9 days some say 3 weeks - other say what outage?
On the phone and chat they have absolutly no information.
A company like GoPro would not treat their customers with this much disrespect if it was business as normal.
They must be going under - time to get a refund ?
either that or they have been hacked every day for the last month - and they are not telling us - as they've lost all our details to scammers - which would explain why the staff on chat and phone do not know anything?

Re: Are GoPro Going Under
[ New ]Ok, so you're upset that your camera didn't ship in a timely manner. I get that. Why do you persist on making yourself look like a fool with all of these ridiculous post? As was explained to you, GoPro experienced an outage and this led to delays in their shipping. GoPro has resolved the issue and has resumed shipping. No, GoPro is not going under. They are a publicly traded company. All of their information is public as they must report to investors. Did they hacked? Unless personal information was compromised, it's none of your business. All that you need to know, and all that GoPro has to tell you, is that they had an issue and it is now resolved.
