Please try to remove the SD card and insert it again.
If issue persist please try to install a new firmware manually.

I already did these procedures and it did not work, I would like to revert the firmware, have how to do downgrade in gopro 7?

So far not yet receiving same issue like that from other users here in community.
Not sure from our customer support team if they are receiving that kind of issues.
You may try to contact them.
