Annulation de commande impossible [ New ]

Bonjour, 

Je souhaite annuler ma commande mais malgré mes nombreuses tentatives, personne ne répond, ni par chat, ni par téléphone. 
En revanche le prélèvement, lui n'a pas attendu. 
Une entreprise frauduleuse, car je ne vais avoir d'autre choix que de devoir réceptionner l'article. 

Première et dernière fois avec GoPro.

Once an order has been placed, there is a very short time frame where we are actually able to cancel, so we can not guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.
