Amazing customer service

I cracked the rear LCD on my Hero6 so it gave me an opportunity to contact the Support Team. As a GoPro Plus member I have access to 24 hour chat.

I logged into the chat service at 2013. By 2014 I was chatting with a rep. By 2032 I had an RMA in my email.

Very happy with GoPro Support! 😁

Amazingly quick and helpful support yet again! I found my old Wi-Fi backpac for my Hero2 and went to connect it to the app. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember the password and don't have the old version of Studio to update. Coincidentally, another member posted the same issue. Since I didn't have the answer to his, or my, issue I decided to contact the GoPro Support Team via chat.

Within one minute I was chatting with a rep and shortly thereafter I had a link in my email to update my Wi-Fi backpac. Awesome work GoPro. Nice to see you are still supporting products as old as these and still providing excellent support!
