Hello,
Off late, a new issue is happening on my Gopro Hero7Black. All LED LIGHTS Remain ON even when the camera is switched off... Please check the Video File attached.
FYI - My Cam has the latest firmware, I use the right type of Micro SD Card as well (as verifieid by people here, in my last post). I have tried formating and reseting the cam as well. But still this problem is re-occuring and really annoying me. So any genuine help is welcome and would really be appreciated.
Thanks in Advance
Samrat.

@asiride, thanks for reaching out. Is your SD card listed in this article? Using SD cards that aren't recommended can cause issues like freezing as the card isn't fast enough to write the content, the camera getting hot or battery consumption is higher than normal as the camera stays in an active mode trying to sync to the card. Have you tried using a different recommended SD card?
Though your camera is updated to version 1.8, manually reinstalling the firmware update of the camera can help correct any errors with the current software installation. Follow the manual update instructions specified in this article: https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/How-to-Update-GoPro-Cameras
Additionally, do you get the same result when using a secondary GoPro battery (if available)?

Hello @aenriquez
Thanks for replying. Well am using a Samsung EVO Select 64GB, which I was made aware by other users, that should be fine. Regarding the heating issues...yeah my cam does overheat quite a bit, to which I thought, that because am from India it's happening due to the weather conditions here, but may be I should try a different and higher capacity SD Card.
Manually reinstalling the firmware update of the camera - that's been done already with no positive results as such.
Lets see what happens and I shall revert with updates.
Thanks
As I Ride.

@asiride, Samsung EVO 64GB isn't one of the recommended SD cards for GoPro cameras. Though some class 10 SD cards may work, we always suggest using the ones that we tested and known to be working well with GoPro cameras.
Have you tested it on a different recommended SD card? Also, by any chance, do you get the same issue if the SD card isn't inserted the camera?
