Re: Aggiornamento gopro hero 7 black

Make sure you are using a SD card from this list https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/microSD-Card-Considerations

Go to the Update page and choose your HERO7 camera. https://gopro.com/update
Under "Other ways to update" at the base of the page, click "Update your camera manually."
Enter your Serial Number and other requested information, click Next Step.
Click "Download Update."
Click "Click here to download firmware."
Once downloaded, Extract (unzip) the UPDATE.zip file. You will get a folder named UPDATE with files inside. Save this to your computer.

Using a USB/SD adapter, insert your SD card into the computer. Find the card using Windows Explorer (or Finder on Mac) and perform a FULL (not Quick) format.

Once the format is complete, copy the UPDATE folder (not UPDATE.zip) to the blank SD card

Eject the card and insert into your camera. Power on the camera using the side Mode/Power button and let the update run.

Once completed, power the camera on using the Mode/Power button and go to Preferences>Reset> and format the SD (it's also a good idea, but not required, to factory reset the camera Preferences>Reset>Factory Reset).

As far as the app is concerned, what phone do you have and what version of operation system? You must have an iOS Device (iOS 11 or newer) or an Android device running Android 7.0 or later(Tablets not supported). if you do, delete the app, delete any instance of the GoPro from your wi-fi and bluetooth, restart your phone and install the app again (this should be done AFTER doing the manual update steps above, including factory reset).
