After setting up video standard and powering down, the side button powers up to timewarp, every time [ New ]

I want to power up using the side button or use quick capture to have me in video mode ready to capture. But every time I power up using the side button, or press the top button, it puts me in time warp.

Thank you. On further exploring, I found the "preset" last used option, and I changed it from timewarp to video, and everything is okay now.
