We are leaving on our trip soon and although our order has been confirmed it has not shipped and it's been 5 days. Could you please advice? We've been holding on the phone with customer service all day...

I can certainly understand, in the 33 days that I've been a Karma owner- I have spent at least 30 hours on hold! I decided on the Karma over the Phantom 4 because DJI had terrible reviews on support! Can't believe that support could be worse, one hand does't know where the other hand is, need to improve service as they have a nice product but too many excuses and lack of institutional/product knowledge!
