I have tagged the agent in your case, if you would like a follow up you can reply in that case as well. It does look like that order is shipping out today however. Hope that helps!

We are leaving on our trip soon and although our order has been confirmed it has not shipped and it's been 5 days. Could you please advice? We've been holding on the phone with customer service all day...

I can certainly understand, in the 33 days that I've been a Karma owner- I have spent at least 30 hours on hold! I decided on the Karma over the Phantom 4 because DJI had terrible reviews on support! Can't believe that support could be worse, one hand does't know where the other hand is, need to improve service as they have a nice product but too many excuses and lack of institutional/product knowledge!
