Adquirí una go pro hero 7 silver y no carga

En noviembre de 2018 compré una go pro hero 7 silver y tiene problemas con la carga, prende y acepta que se está cargando, sin embargo no retiene la carga, en cuanto se desconecta se apaga aún cuando se deje el tiempo indicado cargando

@megaapex18, sorry to hear about the trouble. It sounds like the issue can be related to either the camera's internal battery or the camera itself. Please try to manually reinstall the firmware update of the camera can help correct any errors with the current software installation.
