7 Black and a hero will not function....only a year old [ New ]

I have currently two cameras, 7 Black and a Hero...and both will not shut on and one truns on but wont shut off. 

I have purchased a new camera (Another gopro) but I am truly at a lost bc I have just bught these last summer.

Please advise, we are a budidng channel that is ramping up for first season.

Please try re-flashing the software. See https://gopro.com/en/us/update

Once done, reset the camera. https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/Reset-Camera-Settings/ta-p/388279
