64GB for Hero 9 was not delivery with my order [ New ]

Re. Order # MU-00733897 - item code 630-30610-000 (64GB Extreme MicroSDHC) was not included with my delivery. I have checked the box thoroughly!

We have checked the order and see that an SD card was included.
Please check the box or the case. The SD card comes in a loose plastic envelope so it may have moved around inside the package while in transit.

Others even found their SD card inserted in the bottom flap of the box.
Let us know what you find.

I have checked everywhere and no SD card. I do see that it is listed on the packing slip, but it was not included with the other items ordered.

Please advise how many batteries I should have received.

You should have 3 batteries in total.

One from the camera, one from the charger, and one spare battery.

Yep, 3 batteries were received. I thought that maybe I got more batteries than was ordered, and the SD card was missed. That's not the case, so I will pursue with with Customer Sevice.
