My computer is new and has tons of power. GoPro at one time wasn't in such a rush to get products out. This GP6 smells like a rush for Christmas 2017. GP used to provide studio which adeptly handled all GP files. Now we have this thing called Quik that doesn't work at all with the GP6 files even on my hotrodded MBP.
Poor planning GoPro.

GoPro is full of it. I have a brand new top of the line MacBook Pro and the files will not show nor play. More than six months since the release of the GP6 and they have not attempted to fix the product. This will be my last GoPro. There are plenty of cheaper alternatives.

I am sorry if you feel this way. I understand that you have a new computer, we also need to ensure that this meets the minimum system requirements for Quik for Desktop.
