4 month old MAX just died [ New ]

My 4 month old lightly used MAX just quit on me. It won't switch on..

I have replaced with 2 different fully charged batteries, remove and replace sad card, pressed mode button for more than 10 secs. Nothing works. 

Tried support chat and was on hold for hours...still waiting now. Requested a call back. It's been at least 3 hours and nothing. 

GOPRO or any other kind soul please let me know what to do next?
