2020/12/25, I'd like to cancel the order

There is no way to change or cancel an order on this site.

I couldn't talk to GOPRO because it was a Christmas holiday.

 

 

I'm working from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays, so it's hard to call.

 

 

I checked that the product I wanted to buy was not paid. So I have to order again.

Hello, @milk201201. We were able to pull up an order record using the email address associated with your Hub profile. We see that the order has shipped out and is on its way to you. If it is the order that you were trying to cancel, you may just return it back to get a refund.
