You have one lens that looks to have some wear around the surrounding material as well as an indentation on the right side (looking at the lens). it may have had some impact you weren't aware of. Was the camera working previously?
Do you have GoPro Plus? If yes, then you can contact the GoPro Support Team and have the camera replaced. With GoPro Plus you are entitled to up to two camera replacements per year.

[ New ]In past it was working good, without any problems.
Don't have GoPro Plus, bcz in Russia camera replace doesn't work :(

[ New ]I have to agree with danielr15 on this one. There's a definite indentation mark on the side of one of the lenses that makes it look like it was either impacted or damaged in some way. At this point I'd contact GoPro directly.
