1 camera has turbid picture on GOPRO FUSION [ New ]

Hi, now there is some problem at one of camera on my fusion. When make photo or video quality from 1 camera is ok from 2nd camera turbid picture, looks like not focused. Pls help to understand what has happened? Bcz camera did not fall there were no beats.

If you could post some footage of the issue it would really help diagnose the problem.

See if resetting the camera will work.  Reset Camera Settings

If it's still the same, proceed with a manual software update. https://gopro.com/update/fusion

Any chance you can use your phone to take photo's of each side of the camera?  This doesn't look like a software issue, it looks like your GoPro fell and possibly knocked a lens out of alignment.  Hoping if you can take a good quality photo this may be able to be diagnosed.
