If chat support is closed, then why wait until after ALL the fields are filled out to tell the user?
I already filled out the entire mess once, including explaining my issue in detail, only to be told "Closed for the day" AFTER filling everything out.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
