Quik used to work fine on my Surface book 2 with Hero 5 session.
I just purchased the Hero 7 Black, and since then I can't add any video into Quik, i tried to connect the GP7, imported all files, it says " Import completed"....but no media anywhere, then when i do it manually, I will have a notification " 0 files added"....This is very frustrating. I unsinstall Quick and downloaded the latest version but I still have the same problem. I also checked for solution online but nothing works.
I just wanted to use Quick to have a look on the GPS features it offers on the GP7 but I can't do it. Is there other application that provide the same (adding GPS info to the video ? )

Are you using the USB-C cable that came with the HERO7 Black?
Try this option: Go to Device Manager> Find GoPro> Select "Disable" then "Enable"
Let us know if this works.
You may try using RaceRender to overlay GPS information.

Thank you for your message.
I was both using USB C cable, directly insert SD card into computer, everything but nothing works.
Even my old video files that use to work are now impossible to load in Quik.
I just formated my computer but I have the same problem again, Quik will launch fine, but if I want to add anything on it, just nothing happens and will get a notification 0 files added -__-
It's a bit frustrating.
I tried the other app you recommended me and it works perfectly, thank you ;)
