@katsuhirok442, the camera should stay powered off unless manually turned on, or via voice command if "Wake on Voice" is enabled. I do have a few troubleshooting suggestions that will help isolate the problem:
- Make sure that the camera is disconnected from the computer or any external power source.
- With the camera powered on, press and hold the Mode button for about 2-3 seconds. The camera should power off.
- If it reboots back up, try to remove the battery. Leave it out of the camera for about 10 seconds, then insert it back. Manually power on the camera using the Mode button.
Additionally, make sure that a recommended SD card is used for the camera. You can get the full list of microSD cards that are known to work well with GoPro cameras here.
Reinstalling the firmware update of the camera can help correct any errors with the current software installation. Follow the Manual Update instructions specified in this article: https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/How-to-Update-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394229
Lastly, performing a factory reset in the camera can help.
