Множественные проблемы с подключением / Many troubles with connection

Моdel: Hero8Black

last update: 18.05.2020 (manual)

Sd-card: SanDisk 32g

OS: Windows 10

Phone: Xiaomi Redmi6

 

В кратце опишу проблемы: 

1. Не подключается к ПК должным образом (Video1)т.е. ПК камеру видит, а вот Quik нет

2. Quik не переключается в режим "создать"(Video2) выбрасывая на экран авторизации 

 

 

Problems:

1. Camera does not connect to the PC properly (Video1). The PC sees cam, but Quik is not.

2.Quik does not switch to "create" (Video2) mode and if i try - throwing me on authorization screen

Hello, @dante047. We are unable to view the videos that you posted. But have a go at the troubleshooting steps suggested below to below in order to clear the issues. 

 

For problem 1: Camera not recognized by Quik

For problem 2: Create mode not working

 

Feel free to post back with more information if the suggestions do not resolve the issue. 

 

For viewing and editing your GoPro footage, you may also explore other programs that you can use your computer for, or install the GoPro App on a compatible mobile device
