@bejlb3ebyjl. There will be no need for it unless it affects the media captured by the camera or affects how the camera works, in which case our Support Team will be able to assist you with the next steps.

Hello, @bejlb3ebyjl Are you referring to the gradient seen on the front screen of the camera? If so, such is a normal occurrence.
