Quelqu'un sait si hero7 black est étanche à 10m  sans sa protection de lentille  ?

Je ne parle pas d'utilisation du caisson, juste hero7 nue sans sa protection à demonter.

GoPro themselves says it can come off and still is.  Have a gopro rep tell you?

J'aimerais avoir la confirmation car justement je m'interroge en cas de probleme de caisson go pro sans la protection ... avant d'opter pour un caisson qui ne nessécite pas le démontage.

J'ai acheté gopro hero7 justement pour cette idée....

Hello @syls544. The camera is waterproof on its own up to a depth of 10 meters (33 feet). This was determined with the Protective Lens on. Since the camera has not been tested without the protective lens on the identified depth rating, we cannot say for certain if it will keep its waterproof ability at the limit (10m max). It would be best to keep the Protective Lens on. Better yet, have the camera in a Super Suit as anything deeper than 10 meters could cause possible damage. Thanks!

Ok donc cela me confirme que si l'on retire la protection pour utiliser le caisson go pro etanche, en cas de defaut du caisson la go pro sera hs !

Hors que cette sécurité aurait était intérressante si un petit souci d'étanchéité du caisson d'origine go pro arriverait.... 

Je dois donc bannir le caisson d'origine car il est impératif de retirer cette protection...

The GoPro is still waterproof even if the protective lens is removed. The impact maybe different at a depth of 10 meters where the external pressure is greater. Thanks!

Etanche, pas étanche, peu être.. pas testé... c'est assez frustrant de contacter le concepteur et d'avoir aucunes réponses franches.

Etanche à 10 m ou non sans cette protection d'objectif ?
